Problem
After years of waiting, a family was ready to build their dream home on the lakefront lot they’d owned for almost a decade. But they discovered that their building site, which had a high seasonal water table, was too small to fit the the house they’d planned to build and a typical 2000-sq-ft mound system.
Solution
Rather than downsizing their home design, the owners found a better option through a local excavator who was familiar with alternative wastewater systems. He suggested an Orenco AdvanTex® Treatment System – with a footprint of less than 25 sq ft. – as the solution for this environmentally sensitive site, followed by a 780-sq-ft. drainfield.
