Standard TCOM Control Panels (STCOM)

Standard TCOM Control Panels by Orenco Controls™ are cost-effective, digital, integrated telemetry panels that include controls for multiple applications, along with data logging, remote access, and control, all in real time.

TCOM panels require a dedicated phone line or data line to connect to a computer equipped with TCOM Viewer (TCOM Viewer with optional graphical view) and a modem. When alarm conditions occur, notifications are sent via email or SMS text. Panels can be accessed directly at the site with our Bluetooth wireless connection kit. STCOM panels are web enabled, using either an ethernet connection or the provided cell modem they can be remotely accessed using any Android or Apple device.

Because they provide many of the benefits of costly SCADA systems at a fraction of the cost, TCOM control panels are ideal for stand-alone monitoring and control systems

• Dual Voltage Pump Connections depending on model, all pump to be of the same voltage, 240/120VAC 1-phase (16FLA Max), or 208/240VAC 3-phase (6FLA Max) pumps

  • Primary Tank
    • Multiple pump operational functions, user adjustable
      • Gravity feed option, no pumps present, high level alarm can be used for an effluent filter or disabled.
      • Duplex Alternating, two pumps enabled, one per dose, lead pump selectable.
      • Dual mode (on demand or time dosed), (4) float set-up.
  • Recirculation Tank
    
    • Multiple pump operational functions, user adjustable
      • RT Dup Pump Mode 1:
        • Duplex alternating, RT pumps 1 & 2 are activated, 3 & 4 are disabled
          • 1 pump per dose unless Lag pump is enabled on high level alarm. 
      • RT Dup Pump Mode 2:
        • Dual simplexing, RT pumps 1 & 2 run together, 3 & 4 are disabled.
      • RT Quad Pump Mode 1:
        • Dual duplex alternating, RT pumps 1 & 2 run together, next cycle RT pumps 3 & 4 run together.
      • RT Quad Pump Mode 2:
        • Quad simplexing, all 4 RT pumps run together.
      • RT Quad Pump Mode 3:
        • Quadruplex alternating, RT pumps are activated 1 per dose, alternating sequentially through all 4
